Write a program for reading files written with mkrandpfiles. Test the status variable with MPI_Get_count to verify the number of data items read.

We could use something similar to mkrandpfiles in order to dump data pertaining to particles (see the program in section 5.2.6) at every time step. Explain why this would make our life difficult if we wanted to restart the program on a number of nodes different from the number used to write the files.
