We
have a small lecture room, Optometry 107, reserved for Tuesdays and
Thursdays, 2:30PM to 3:45PM. But the course will require a considerable
amount of hands-on work. Consequently I have booked the Ships Laboratory
in the Student Building for every Thursday, 2:30PM to 3:45PM, in the
Fall semester (cf. Table 1.1). In summary
we are going to have one lecture a week, on Tuesday, in the Optometry Building,
followed by one laboratory class a week, on Thursday, in the Student Building.
If it happens that the Ships laboratory is taken by another group,
we'll do some more theory in the Optometry Building.

In summary we should look forward to
15 laboratory classes and 15 lectures. None too many
if we want to cover a substantial portion of the syllabus
discussed in Section 1.1!
